Set in Las Chapas which is 30 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the popular resort of Marbella, included in your fitness trip of a lifetime will be your flights to and from Malaga, transport in Spain, your accommodation in the luxury villa, and all food and drinks especially prepared by their own chef.

With 1-2 sports massage from the SOL Fitness very own therapist in Spain, all your activities which will include Crossfit, Mikes Gym, boxing, beach circuits, beach games, mountain biking, mountain hiking, water aerobics and Yoga are also included.

A typical day starts with the Spanish sun and a 7am wake up call. at 7.15 you will have a fantastic ‘beach sunrise circuit’ followed by breakfast. Mountain hike, lunch, r&r, sports massage, boxing, Crossfit, beach Olympics are the order of the day all rounded off at 7pm with Yoga and then dinner.
