Halloween Spectacular on the Riviera with Club Vivanova

This week James attended a fantastic and very spooky Halloween spectacular hosted by Club Vivanova at the beautiful Château de la Chèvre d’Or.

We would like to thank Thierry Naidu (Phoenix Hotel Collection) and the Château de la Chèvre d’Or team for their excellent hospitality and Two Michelin Star Executive Chef Arnaud Faye for the sensational menu.

In attendance was the JWP and Vivanova Club partner Elcee’s (a British premium cocktail brand created by the founder Larry Coker in 2002) and the Chances For Children Foundation (www.c4c.mc).

Nature is everywhere at Château de la Chèvre d’Or. There are lots of different gardens filled with sculptures, fountains, waterfalls, flowers, herbs, trees and shrubs. The area is perfumed with the scents of jasmine, bougainvillea and roses. The magnificent colors create a framework that blends into the horizon and the sea. This will take you into a voyage where it is pleasant to just relax or stroll around and breath in the freshness

La Chèvre d’Or is a unique “diva”, timeless, a jewel sparkling above the Mediterranean.

In 1953, Robert Wolf fell in love with Château de La Chèvre d’Or and turned it into a restaurant.

On the advice of Walt Disney, so they say, he acquired houses in the village and transformed them into hotel rooms. The hotel later became one of the six stops of the “Route du Bonheur”, the beginnings of the Relais & Châteaux association.

Through time the different owners have continued to increase the number of rooms scattered through the medieval village.

Today Château de La Chèvre d’Or has 40 rooms and suites.
