Property Coach Helps Aspiring Young People Master Their Own Destiny

A Manchester businessman is throwing a lifeline to young people who want to master their own destiny.

Ibby Aslam is a self-made millionaire with interests in Manjaros restaurants in Manchester and Blackburn and founder of Briks & Mortar. He manages a thriving property portfolio and has set up a mentoring and training service specifically designed to help younger people and newcomers to the property market.

The self-styled ‘Property Coach’, has launched a mentoring and training scheme to help 18 – 30-year-olds become property owners and benefit from passive monthly income and security against job loss in a rough economic climate for young people.

Ibby explains: “Millennials and younger generations have been hit particularly hard by job loss and rising unemployment during the Covid pandemic. In fact, 80% of all jobs lost have been for those under the age of 35.

“When people think about a career they generally think about where they would like to work. I say instead of looking for an employer, why not create that job yourself in the thriving property market.”

Briks & Mortar has gained a reputation as a successful, specialist independent property consultancy which sources properties for small and medium sized investors and offers a one-stop service to individuals looking for anything from a first buy-to-let or a private property portfolio.

But a new mentoring service created provides a novel and inexpensive avenue to property investment for newcomers. Through a series of free consultations, those looking to get on the ladder gain access to the inside scoop on managing a property empire from someone with decades of experience.

Proving the main barrier to entry in building a property portfolio is knowledge, Ibby has put into action this mentoring scheme with applicants from a range of backgrounds.
