Delicious Pisco Sour cocktails, iconic Peruvian canapés from the menu and of course spectacular ceviche! The launch event for COYA started with a live band followed by a DJ set later in the evening.

COYA Angel Court showcased a menu of seasonal COYA dishes overseen by Executive Chef Sanjay Dwivedi. The chef combines traditional elements of Peruvian cuisine with Modern European cooking techniques and Asian influences to create COYA’s naturally light and healthy dishes.
Colourful destination bar, the Pisco Lounge, highlights an impressive collection of fine and rare wines and spirits, a comprehensive Pisco library, and a menu map of cocktails to take guests on a journey to discover Latin American flavours.
Within the restaurant, an intricately designed and hand carved six seater ‘Rum Round Table’ is unique to COYA Angel Court and available for guests to enjoy a bottle of fine rum throughout their visit.
