If you are looking for something truly different from the many restaurants out there then book a table at PISQU! Located on a prominent corner position in well known Fitzrovia and just moments from theatre-land and Soho.

With a wonderful warm welcome from management and staff, you will immediately feel at home with attentive hospitality and a PISQU Sour Cocktail which will definitely kick start your evening! PISQU_LONDON_LUXURY_NEWS_ONLINE_JAMES_PHILLIPS

PISQU Sour Cocktail with a welcome addition of salted Corn snacks – which makes such a nice change from Peanuts!

The restaurant itself occupies a prominent position with a welcoming feeling, seating areas upstairs make the most of the large street fronted windows, as you watch busy London from the comfort of your table, and the main bar in the corner. Downstairs are more seating options.

‘….Pisqu cocktails, beer, wines and food will transport you to sense the great variety of influences in what is the Peruvian melting pot: indigenous food with Japanese, Spanish and Chinese influences. The key of our cooking is the use of quality, healthy and natural superfood ingredients many sourced from the Amazon and Andes….’

The head chef is from the Amazon, and so too are some of their ingredients such as purple Amazon potato’s which really were a first for me!

Lomo a la parrilla. The beef fillet with corn grain cake and purple Amazon potato’s was a triumph!

Every dish was explained by the attentive staff and WIFI was offered as standard, I didn’t have to ask.

The Peruvian wine is also a must when you visit, and I highly recommend the smooth Picasso red.

Chicken skewers in a hot Peruvian source were amazing!

The restaurant was clean, attention to hospitality and service was impeccable and the staff really could not do enough for the hungry diners.

To finish, Amazon chocolate no less! What a delightful and refreshing change to have ingredients that made you feel you were actually in the country of origin. With the detailed explanations of the dishes, how they were cooked and the history behind them, PISQU London really does deliver an enjoyable and cultural evening in the heart of bustling London for the local Londoner, the busy commuter and the tourist alike.
