During my recent visit to Monte-Carlo, I had the pleasure of seeing local model Nelly Daubord modelling at not only Les Amis du Liban Gala Dinner, but also at a luxury villa party I had the good fortune to visit.

In my first interview with Nelly, I have found her to be not only a delight to talk to, but humble and fully grounded with ambitions outside of her modelling career.
Nelly began her modelling career at the age of just 14 in Monaco, which has seen her steady rise to be one of the best known and popular models in Monte-Carlo.
Nelly works for famous brands such as Roberto Cavalli, Jitrois, Chopard and Akkris which means photo shoots, fashion shows, movies and advertising.
Nelly is now 24 and still working as a model throughout Monte-Carlo and is a well known and glamorous face among the social elite and modelling circles. Nelly told me the fashion world has its ups and downs, but is a wonderful career to be involved in and she feels very privileged to be in the position she is in at such a young age

Nelly has also modeled in Paris and Milan but mainly Monaco and throughout the French Riviera, an area which she loves, and her idol is understandably, Grace Kelly.
Nelly has told Luxury News Online that there is a lot of work because of the climate and the way of life which lends itself so completely to the stunning backdrops in her photography.
But speaking to Nelly, I soon discovered some surprising characteristics to this not so ordinary model. Nelly is a huge car enthusiast! She works closely with well known SuperCar brands in Cannes and drives a very sporty Audi. ‘It is a dream for me because I love cars!’ she says, and Nelly’s dream cars are currently an Aston Martin Vanquish and the new Porsche Macan.
Nelly however has ambitions and dreams outside of modelling, and the glamorous world of Monaco to work in humanitarian aid and helping others and works for Banque Alimentaire and Action Contre la Faim to further pursue her passion in this area. Her dream is to become involved in an oversees humanitarian trip.
