Diversifying my business in Monaco

Running your own beauty business can be an emotional rollercoaster. There are times when you feel tired and under pressure, unrecognised and undervalued. Social media, marketing and public relations is in itself another full time job, not only do you have to be the best at your actual services, (the treatments that pay your bills) you also have to be up to date with all the latest hash-tags, educational content and engaging posts to help maintain and develop your business.

As a successful small beauty business owner myself, I understand the challenges you face, trust me, I’ve been there!

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Stephanie Cubeddu, I moved to Monte-Carlo and the South of France in my early 20’s where i founded The Advanced Skin Clinic.

My goal was to create a brand that would reflect my own ethos for healthy and beautiful skin.

Over the last 5 years I have trained other professionals and skincare centres/clinics across France, Monaco, Italy (Milan) and Latvia. Training and mentoring other therapists is something that I am hugely passionate about and I run an active and well-subscribed Instagram account (@the_monaco_facialst) where I help to educate followers – professional and amateur alike – as well as shed light on the world of healthy skin.

I have also been lucky enough to have had my work featured in a number of prestigious publications, such as Elle, Brides, Riviera Insider, Luxury Life and Projectors Cannes (all print and online magazines). I have also been interviewed for Radio Monaco and the English breakfast show.

I have a strong and loyal client base, including many high-profile HNWI clients including A-list celebrities that I prepare for various events. In addition to many repeat clients for the Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes Film Festival celebrations, I have also been the official beauty specialist for the Amber Lounge Monaco team for the last nine years.

Why do I want to help others??

In the early days of opening my skin clinic, I struggled with the PR & marketing side of the business. I had all these ideas on how I want the business to grow and develop but I didn’t have the time/resources to do so. It was overwhelming and I found it hard to manage.

‘I have also been lucky enough to have had my work featured in a number of prestigious publications, such as Elle, Brides, Riviera Insider, Luxury Life and Projectors Cannes.’

Now my successful business is self-running, I have the time and passion to focus on helping and developing other small businesses in my beloved beauty industry.

So how can I help support your beauty business?

Post covid has affected business in so many different ways. Clients can be more hesitant to book in for close contact treatments thus resulting in losses. It is my job to help educate and inform clients of your safe and hygienic clinic practices to reassure and encourage bookings, and now couple with the JWP Media Group‘s services we can create beautiful informative content for your social media platforms.
