CALDER’s signature riding jacket remains a staple design. This style was commissioned by Holland & Holland in tweed produced from original woollen looms in the Scottish Hebrides.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER:
CALDER was created by British designer Laura Waite with the aim to be the go-to brand for timeless tailored pieces.
The brands’ vision is to create pieces of modern luxury whilst staying true to established British heritage and supporting traditional craftsmanship.

CALDER is Laura’s mother’s maiden name, originating in Scotland. These Scottish family roots are reflected in her designs through the traditional weaving and patterns of fabrics such as tweed and tartans, as well as acknowledging her appreciation for British manufacturing.
Savile Row trained, Laura’s eye for detail and knowledge of cut bring bespoke tailoring to an accessible, ready to wear market.
