Introduced to Teddy M through fellow Ferrari owner ‘Dr13ven’ I am delighted to present this exceptional artist, who not only produces contemporary and popular artwork to the stars around the globe but is also a really cool guy!
Teddy M’s artwork is bright, bold and colourful and naturally appealing – who wouldn’t want one of his artworks on their wall? Or even on their favourite guitar. Well as it turns out, some of the most well known stars of our time as well as private collectors and best of all, Teddy has an online shop – check out the link at the bottom of this feature.

commissioned by
Ed Sheeran
While creative from childhood, Teddy M graduated with a BSc unrelated to art or design and intially pursued a professional career in Mayfair, London. 5 years later, hungry to explore his creativity he designed a fragrance brand selected by Coldplay for their dressing rooms on the X&Y world tour. The brand was an official supplier to the BRIT Awards and retailed in Selfridges, London and Oasis stores nationwide in the UK.
A few years later, an unexpected event led Teddy M to put brush to canvas for the first time since childhood and six months later, in 2012, an art dealer in Belgravia, London offered his work for sale.
In 2013, the British national press reported Monaco royalty’s attempt to ban Teddy M’s digital media artwork of Charlotte Casiraghi and described him as a “Rising British Artist”. He also held his first solo show, “Auto Italia” at the largest official Ferrari showroom in Europe.
After a visit to New York, the Dorian Gray Gallery in the city’s East Village offered Teddy M’s hand-embellished prints and in 2014 his work was represented in West Hollywood, LA and Palm Springs by Gallerie Sparta.
2015 saw global music icon Ed Sheeran choose a ‘Teddy M’ Fender Stratocaster for his X world tour. The guitar known as “Green T” was played in 18 countries on the hit “Thinking Out Loud”. Bonhams later sold the painted guitar for more than twice the estimate, achieving a sale price of £12,500.

In February 2016, Teddy M was flown to Milan by Fiat heir and renowned art collector Lapo Elkann to personally deliver two commissions and he is currently working on a high profile project to be revealed in May 2016.
CAVALLO ITALIA – DICK LOVETT FERRARI
Dealer Principal Matthew Beard with the custom iPad painting commissioned by official Ferrari dealer, Dick Lovett Sporting Ltd. This artwork hangs in their showroom. They also commissioned an original acrylic painting which hangs in the office of the CEO.
Teddy M paints and designs with an iPad producing large-scale reverse perspex mounts and also with acrylics, spray paints and paint markers. His work is largely spontaneous and his use of bold colour expresses an urgent and positive energy bursting with a lust for life.
Original works by Teddy M hang proudly in a private collection beside original works by Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat and in the largest official Ferrari showroom in Europe. His work is also collected by global stars and art investors.
