I have experienced a breakfast in many places around the world, fruit in Hawaii, a cereal buffet to end all cereal buffets at Australia’s Gold Coast to pancakes and syrup in a New York diner, but I think breakfast at the Nobu Fairmont Montecarlo has to be the best, but why?
Not only do you have astonishing service, a huge range of Danish pastries galore, hot food, fruit, fresh Salmon, cold meats, French bread and fresh coffee by the pot, but you have the view – and wow, that view! Sitting over the ocean on the Fairmont balcony with nothing between you and the water but a sheet of glass.
